as some of you may know, last week i ordered a new screen, mouse and keyboard.
The first deliver day would have been Saturday but they send it to the wrong adres, i was quick to fix it, made an account on postnl.nl and changed the cation to a drop of point where i could collect it Monday or Tuesday. Tuesday, i went there and after spending 1.5 hours of traveling time by public transportation aring to find no package there for me, they already send it back to sender monday afternoon. ofcourse i was furious and contacted the company, they where all sry etc bla bla bla, and they would make sure that i would get my stuff on thursday. Well today is thursday and idd there was a package for me. the mouse and keyboard arrived, but no screen. i went bezerk and contacted them again. This time they told me that they dident have the old screen back yet that was mailed and that they was very sry. they called me to solve the problem and the guy on the phone said "hey i see another screen is in stock let me just send that one you and you will have it 2morrow. I wnet crazy again and asked him why they dident think of this yesterday or 2 days before.
anyway long story short AZERTY FROM AZERTY.NL is a really bad company! i suggest that if you want your gear to arrive the next day to order it at some other company. azerty are noobs and they dont really care about their clients
