I get the forfeit loss, that part makes sense. But why keep the trade? Once a team is eliminated from the playoffs shouldn't that roster be locked?

Im happy for hynd3r ofcourse, but it seems rather unfair since we are not allowed to trade Bustah wich is removed from the leauge due inactivity.

Why does monk get a free player and we dont?

ye mng got a point there. trade d3r for lavake looks fine ofc but we had bustah out of league and couldnt trade with any team like serenity or tc while they still had to play 1 more match of this season...

I got told less than an hour before our game that we didn't have enough and we'd be forfeiting, next thing I heard was Paco asking me what was up later in the evening.
I wasn't particularly looking forward to playing but I would of played if I'd known the game was going ahead.

Questionable decisions on trades/forfeits but heyho make it up as you go along.

I think it's a shame that csn's highest salaried players were unable to manage one week without him. Rarely are situations black and white but admins need to make decisions as they see fit. Monk advancing is the right move IMO.

I agree with everything except the trade.

The basis upon which a trade should be veto'ed or not should be whether the trade helps both teams. That's the reason the rule exists for when admins step in and deny a trade correct? If one team is being favored that's when it should be an issue. This trade clearly favors one side while doing nothing for the other and consequently negatively impacting all the other teams that made it through to the playoffs.

Ok, I guess we are in playoffs i didn't even know what happened until rain pmed me and i said fuck it i guess ill see whats going on.

Let me get something straight WITH EVERYONE IN HERE. let's start with Rev. So us having Hynd3r makes it harder for all your teams in the playoffs?. Us having a player ranked 600. vs a player in the 1000's and even if we didn't do rankings. A player that avg's probably about 50 or 60 frags a game.. vs lavak who has a tendency to get a randomly high number at times but still is questionable on map knowledge comms and being around...

See what I don't understand is where people are saying that we are getting a "better" player. no.. We are getting a more reliable player yes (Sorry hynd3r i don't mean any of this in a bad way). Hynd3r is def reliable, We know what he likes to do, he knows the maps. And he does the best he can. I didn't know about this really but I can't say im upset with it. But the truth of the matter is the only thing this trade did for us; is give us a guy who would play defense get 50 frags and be content. lol vs someone we are trying to figure out what to put him at and all that. Yes we drafted lavak. he was here, he didn't use his mic hardly. but at the same time; he wasn't really very helpful for us trying to figure out how to use him. I just don't understand why everyone is acting like hynd3r is a god now.. lol hynd3r ur number one man ppl all over you.


I like the choice the admins made; I mean I can understand a lot of peoples viewpoints and this was going to happen in a trade this late. I appreciate it a lot though from csn. God CSN YOU SHOULD OF DRAFTED ME LIKE OLD TIMES FOR THE TEAMSPEAK

I think there should be repercussions to the admins involved, they're suppose to set an example to the other players, if they rule break/"cant be bothered to play", it sets a poor example to an increasing community with UT4 ahead.

Any other player who did that would receive some sort of penalty.

also, rev, and anyone else. this trade Isn't about favoring teams or even our team; like i said i really don't think its much of a skill diff that were getting I really don't. But hynd3r plays more then I do. More then a lot of people here do. So for him to get screwed by his team because of no shows is fucked up for him. This trade is for hynd3r to go to playoffs. And personally, If the tables were turned i wish i could of went to csns team to go to the playoffs.. I showed up every match and just to have all matches rescheduled pugged for hours for reschedule. so did hynd3r... o well goodnite

Why not give the teams who lost players to inactivity the first chance at the illegal trade since lavake has had no problem with activity. Doing otherwise would just be punishing them for drafting a certified full activity player (why was he set to full activity if it was so obvious he was inactive?) . I think it's okay to bend the rules so one player can play for another that won't, but apparently lavake has no activity problems whereas other teams do
