Mouse acting weird fairly often

Alright so I have a weird input bug while playing offline/online here's a small demo about the problem

It's happening just after 2 secs in the demo, not all the way through, also a bit later on ... Any idea ?

What was the fix, my mouse is kinda acting strange to i think.. I think once it just stopped responding.

Oh well it's not completely fixed, but it happens at a lower rate now

I changed ini and some DPI settings, but it might be a problem with mouse & UT99 aswell
