I will never understand why would someone want to cheat on a 16 years old game. Even when the game was still young i couldnt understand it. I played with cheaters, i was even part of a cheaters clan and when i realized i am playing with cheaters i felt bad and left those clans... Some of the ex cheaters are / were even admins of this community lol.

UT4 will have more than enough coders willing to code an AC regardless of this community... I would like to see an AC for this game and I would donate around 50$ if there was someone serious around. I dont think that keeping it updated is really necessary , its useful when the game has a lot of players and a lot of newcomers but that's not the case here , you barely have any new players and even the new ones are hardly ever suspicious. Having the new AC in a major event/league will catch whoever's left and even if it gets bypassed a week later its cool.

It'll depends on the anticheat developers and how they are doing. If it's doing it right, +100.
Work on improving feedback vs false positive and make things easier to manage (demo, screenshot, loggings, etc.)... +100.
Compatible with every UT99 servers and Win xp + higher up OS for example, +100.
Make it to the point as it shouldn't ever be bypassed and updated regularly with latest exploit catches +100.
Reporting cheaters to epic for breaking EUL for reverse engineering for cheats, etc. +100.
Total: $500 I'll be willing to give.

Just put a bounty on the cheaters' heads. Like one or two grands for each cheater caught that was worth more than 800 $ on previous IG/SA draft cups. This way even current cheaters will be happy to denounce and expose their collegues.
