I'm sad to see that this continues to be a problem, but I'm glad you guys are being diligent about running a clean tournament. With the lack of any updated anticheat software these days, it truly is a great deal of work to put together evidence that is compelling enough to convict someone. You honestly have to get a little lucky with a cheater being overly confident that their cheat will go undetected. If he was even just a little more subtle with his walling, he may not have been caught. (Although that video was pretty blatant.) The fact that you have to keep certain AC features a secret (the screenshot function) is evidence enough of this issue, and now that the cat's out of the bag, other potential cheaters can adjust such that this form of detection will be less viable moving forward. It's unfortunate but regardless, kudos to the admin team, very well handled and good riddance to bad rubbish.

we saw this same thing (disconnecting before screencaps can be taken) during CTF events. It should also be noted that Anarchy is good friends with "Turtle.Ninja" "a.ninja" "failsauce", who many suspect of very similar things. Just throwing that out there.

Rev, it's a video of Anarchy that impact captured. Impact posted it on the combowhore forums and anarchy threatened to ban him if he continued pressing the issue.

Great job organizers. Sad that someone who is an admin would be so dumb. This jeopardized his rep and the biggest TAM event in about 5 years. Simply put "just stupid".

Great video editing, awesome job.

Also, cheaters always play like a coward and run like a coward.

I let void know about this whole thing since anarchy is admin to the combowhore servers. Now he isn't.

Yea Nick, I let him know as well and he got back to me last night.Was going to make this post when I saw yours.

I clarified and linked him to the thread with the video Impact posted. I also sent him the super aggressive/defensive admin abuse threatening he sent to impact to clarify even further who i was referring too.



I think this is the most comical part about the whole thing; for a guy who told a few people he was completely innocent, he hasn't signed back on since the day he was caught.
