NN Change weapon fix

I am pleased to bring the solution to a lot of you sure happened to us during some shootings and get frag against.

When you change the way too fast weapons, it sometimes is locked.

The solution is very easy, look at my arms binds to change:
E= getweapon ShockRifle
Now: E= getweapon ShockRifle | onRelease getweapon ShockRifle

And ready, no more locks, the problem with this is with several weapons binds in the same key.
