I don't think you should be able to stick multiple top tier players on your roster who will never be able to play in a match together. It just prevents them from being picked up by other teams

Players aren't signing up making themselves available for all teams, they're agreeing to play for a certain team.

Having extra players on a roster allows more flexibility. It's nice to have extra players in case one of your players hates a map. On a related note, all my top tier players will be able to play together. Is ok.

I think [choc] roster scared everybody else from making a team though...I am sorry...
