Reward grabbing, yes pls :)
It is a Capture the Flag not just Team play like TDM. Rewarding grabs, FC kills, seals will, imo, make for a less static playstyle. More even if u penalize spwankills and camping for more then 10sec in one spot.
As to pwr-ups make keg and amp apart or it will make it easy to unbalance a game, especially in Dev's,if the aren't good timer's in both teams with strong aim.
Boost in Sniper is doable but more effective when we talking LG not normal (normal that i believe is the mod for the competition so boosting isn't something i would expect ppl to hold the attack on the flag) so not something i would loose time on, although i admit that if it's an amp it is tempting x) Maybe include boots in some of the maps, 1 pair in mid or 1 in each base, to let the game be fluid on the attack. Boosting is great if we talking some sort of SMD, rockets or hammer, in SaCTF u should be running and dodging for ur life, no boost just pure adrenaline :D
