Oh hello, Cy here. Just a quick inquiry (which may or may not have been addressed in the initial announcement on twitch that I don't have time to watch) - are past cheaters remaining banned from competition in leagues and tournies?

Yes, the 99 banlist is carrying forward. They may get paroled at some point but the new site hasn't changed anyone's status. Still working out the kinks for how we will admin other games and ban policies but for the moment, nothing is different.
