I do not think TSM knows me but I have admired him from afar. It is clear he is a true warrior and is deserving to be champion. There are not many UT players with heart left in the game.

I also want to root for Rick James because I think he might be autistic, as he reminds me a lot of TheWhiteDragon. I love a good underdog story. But I just can't. I'm too big of a TSM fan and I cannot wait for this battle! GO TSM!

i think this is getting a bit one sided.

TSM is a great gentleman in accepting a rematch bout. However he is also a little bitch. I'm just a n00b instantjiber and I beat TSM's ass 3 times. He beat me one after that, after a very long bootcamp and secret training in the mountains. The first time I played him he switched teams (server was set to TDM 1v1) and started suiciding. The second time he ragequitted. In short, TSM is a big loser. The only thing saving him is that he's also a clown and people like clowns, they are entertaining. I hope RJ rapes his ass, would love to see a typical TSM rage out of the server claiming he is being hacked or changing teams again at least. It would be good for UT.

Also I dunno why ppl mock and diss RJ so much. Apparently RJ wasn't the only one who lost to TSM, judging by TSM's great blog. Although he is a clown, he also seems to have beaten half the nw community and I'm pretty sure that same half of the community plays for way longer than RJ.

After lengthy discussions with RickJames on IRC, it's looking more and more like Rick doesn't want to participate in this match.

When we presented TSM with the idea of giving Rick a rematch, he said "sure friend, I haven't 1v1'd in a year, but I will still squash him."

When we present RickJames with the rematch, he has been in non-stop diva mode. Needing exact dates, times, maps, rules, etc...
It's clear to everyone who the real champion is for this event before it has even happened.

I've talked with Paco, apparently he isn't supporting the weapons community as much as we would have liked either. He's more interested in watching his view count dwindle down to single digits while him, grins and m3ss play iDM pubs on stream. Take nothing away from m3ss, he is on board big time, but if this is going to be a legit owned well event, perhaps Paco should step the fuck up and schedule a match time.

m3ss was instantly excited about streaming the match, but we all know he is incapable of making anything official. So it's come down to Rick not really wanting to make the match happen and PACO not giving a fuck.

I think that purely from a casters' point of view it might be pushing them a bit too much- with the suggested timeframe it would probably mean streamers will have to stream (almost) non stop for 9 hours that day. While I can see your reason for wanting to do it then, I think from a realistic point of view it's too long.

How about Oct 12th, same time? Gives people time to clear their schedules, divas to stop stropping and gives casters time to recover.

(btw, sLY has great ideas a lot of the time, but his execution of said ideas is beyond terrible. I think he could devise a plan to single handedly defeat ISIS by himself, but he would find some way to shoot himself in the foot before he even left American soil.)

Just had a conversation with PACO. Truth be told I did take a mis-step in promoting this as an "Owned Well" event. m3ss confirmed he would do it so that's why I slapped on that logo. I didn't realize that weekend was the KOTR date, otherwise I feel that any random time would have been fine since every other weekend show has just been loosely scheduled events.

Let it be known that I don't want any direct involvement with OwnedWell. I just want to sit back, enjoy the show and play in some leagues like everyone else. However, one thing I do want to see is a RickJames vs. TSM rematch and I feel it would be better suited as an OwnedWell event than a ProUnreal event. That's why I took the initiative with this thread and put in 2 minutes of graphic design to make it appealing. I did this simply because I know how successful and entertaining the event will be based off the success of their first match on stream (and because m3ss confirmed he would stream it).

Things that can happen to make this official:

- Paco can stop being an elitist dick and manage this event or let m3ss handle it.
- Official map list is provided between the two combatants
- Official time/date

Il play anytime rickjames is ready, that means tomorrow or next year. He may want to train a couple of months and make this on christmas times were i could have some mercy for hes sorry sherminator ass. Otherwise he gona put nerdo excuses like in the first duel.

There is not rush but i dont trust on rickjames, something about him is very stinky like the dead fishes out of the water and everyone knows it.

Unless he wants a name i dont see why he plays the rematch, he rage quit the first duel when i was very bad, i dont want to sound bad but right now the level of my skills is highest than rickyboy. Just look how sadly get raped by sonic, when i play dakanastas games usually end close.
