Looks like a lot of people have been playing csgo lately. I loaded up the game for like 10 minutes when I bought all cs games a while ago. I should hop with some of you guys sometime.

Thanks a lot MP5! The CEVO LAN was such a blast, and tbh I was just fortunate to be there. It was a pretty rocky first day, but the second day was amazing especially the Grand Finals. I need to get back to playing some CSGO though! I can'tr even post in this thread because I can't pull off a highlight worthy play anymore! :OWfacepalm:

I shall compensate with some of recent fast highlights of my road to supreme on my smurf! Trying to get global elite before the cheat sites figure a way to not get logged by the recent cheat update! It has been a nice couple days to play...on like 20 games only got 1 cheater

Been 2 major updates (emilio's and now) so valve finally living up to the money we give them :OWgrinsgasm:

Also nice perfect timing to check your friend list looool so many vacs so many vacs :roll:

Yeah, it's pretty bad right now, Shotman. It comes and goes in waves as Valve will have a huge VAC ban wave and it cleans things up for a few weeks to a month, but then the cheat coders figure out a new way around VAC and it picks up again. Although as Morph pointed out it's mostly only an issue at the higher ranks LEM+.

I wouldn't rank it pretty bad, but it is definitely a problem within the game. All cheaters get eventually banned so it is all in good shit...The games also get cancelled which is nice for your rank, but damage is dealt momentarily.

This isn't the kind of cheaters you are probably thinking off. These are smart cheaters. Some of them on my friend lists had inventories with howl's and knifes (you lose them if you get caught) lol Guys i thought didn't cheat. krynn and fella were the big shock for me...Even though i only played 3/4 matches with them i watched their stream and followed closely their commitment in their semi-pro team. They were 'emilios'.

Anyways don't feel the need to back away from the game, if you get to a level where too many cheaters are in you can always play ESEA / FACEIT / CEVO etc where anti cheat is more sophisticated and cheaters are less abundant.

i heard the anticheat in faceit wasnt very good,

esea is fun though..good players, feel like ive only played vs 1 guy cheating in esea compared to pretty often in Matchmaking in the higher ranks
