Agreed, I've always wanted to see an sdom-mojo.
The key to mojo is that the entire map revolves around the armor room. That's what gives it its flow- armor room can be used to access every other room quickly.
Less experienced players often get lost roaming the less important areas of the map, which have lots of tight spots. Hence they call the map confusing and cramped. If you play around the armor room, the layout is easy to understand and you realize the map is much more open then it seems. An sdom version should follow the same principle- focus the flow through armor room instead of through the various chokepoints.
Perhaps armor could be a 2 person cp, for example, with the amp kept in its current spot but modded to require boost. Maybe you could even boost from armor where pulse is
