Spawn killer 2 is a minigame based on the map CTF-wootabulous in unreal tournament. The object of the game is to kill as many players as possible in 60 seconds, if you miss a shot the player will shoot back at you, and will hit you randomly unless it's Loque or Akasha, then they will hit you every time.

Play

This is my first canvas game, so there may be a few bugs here and there that I haven't spotted yet.

Recommended:
Play using the latest firefox build, or google chrome, internet explorer works, but I haven't converted the sounds yet:(
Use a minimum of 1152x768 screen resolution.



Killed by bot = -4 points;



- Kill = 1 point,
- Double Kill = 2 points,
- Multi Kill = 4 points,
- Mega Kill = 6 points,
- Ultra Kill = 9 points,
- Monster Kill = 13 points,
- Ludicrous Kill = 17 points,
- Single Holy Shit = 21 points,
- Multiple Holy Shits = currentMulti + 26 (starts at 35 points)


Points added when player is killed.

- Killing spree = 2 points,
- Rampage = 12 points,
- Dominating = 26 points,
- Unstoppable = 46 points,
- Godlike = 60 points,
- Massacre = 75 points


Your final score is: score * acc, so if you got 200 points and 50%acc your final score will be 100;



Spawnkiller 2 keeps track of lots of data including, kills,shots,deaths,sprees,multis..., for the player and every bot in a game, you can look through the data by visiting one of the links below:

If you find any bugs please post them in this top

There is some thing I'm going to do to improve the game , e.g load sound files before the game plays.

Wow people still use opera? Why?!

Well done SJA94, nice you included rankings etc. Options to switch announcer, play fullscreen etc would be cool.

I will add options for different announcers, full screen and other visual settings when I add a member system(username, password), it will also mean you won't have to keep typing your name in different games. i will also add more stat features to the player page.

I can also add different difficulty setting as well.

I've though of adding a fire rate limit, but I made the scoring system in a way that makes spamming fire cost you lots of points instead. I could play around with it to see how it feels.

Making the game work in a browser, that hardly anyone uses is not a high priority issue yet.

When i click on the game it says enter your user name then below it says "user name is not long enough" and theres no place to change or enter a username. So its just stuck on that screen. PS. I'm using windows 7 64bit

Oh lol, you just need to press any number or letter keys, there is no text fields, as soon as you press a key it will display that character on the centre of the screen.

You don't have that problem with connecting to my sites anymore?

I will most likely uploaded the updated version of the game later, I just have to add a few small bits to the name page for the game settings. I might add volume control by setting the plus and minus keys. There is some more features I will post about when I upload the update.

Game Updated:

Spawnkiller 2 Build 110

Added: All audio files are loaded before the game starts, there should no longer be any lag in games when audio is played for the first time.
Added: Red screen effect when you get kill by the bot.
Added: Canvas is now centered properly now.
Added: Cookies, names are now remember the whole time you have your browser open.

New Feature:
Users can now choose which announcer pack they want to use, so far there is the UT3 pack, and the sounds sexy pack.
Users can also choose different announcer profiles, there is the extended pack, and the default UT pack:
- Extended Pack:
- Double Kill,
- Mult Kill,
- Mega Kill,
- Ultra Kill,
- Monster Kill,
- Ludicorus Kill,
- Holy Shit
- Default UT Pack:
- Double kill
- Multi Kill
- Ultra Kill

Sorry unrealshots, I forgot to remove something from the script when I updated another function :oops: , everyone was getting double points, I've halved the scores after the update last night. You are still 1st and 2nd for now :twisted:

There was 312 page hits between 12:00 and 13:00 yesterday :shock:
Previous best was 90 page hits between 05:00 and 06:00 on the 04/07/15

If anyone is interested I've been working on the third version of this game the last week or so. It's not released yet, and probably won't be for about another week, there is quite a few things I want to do to the game still, and I've done hardly anything to the frontend or the backend of the games stats system, I'm planning on doing a much more detailed version than the last stat website.



This version scales to any screen resolution, instead of using a fixed size like the last 2 versions of the game.

Video demonstrating this feature (it's from a few days ago, some stuff has been improved since then):



This version has two different game types, time based, and frag limit/fastest time possible there will be leagues for both gametypes and for each difficulty. There are also 5 different difficulty levels, which affects the movement speed, reaction time, refire rate, accuracy of the bots. Easy, Normal, Hard, Insane, Hackers. You can choose to play against 1 bot, 2 bots, 4 bots, or 8 bots.


This version also provides options to change graphic, and audio settings.


Latest video: (menu, end game screen not finished, I haven't finished the start of the games yet, that's why there is a slight pause when the bots spawn)
frag limit is not 10 normally, it's that low for testing .


There is more stuff but I don't want to make a full post until it's completed.
