Mouse Acceleration dicus.

I'm deciding whether or not to use mouse acceleration or not. I've never been about turning it off and trying it, but I also don't know much about it. So i has questions
- Does the cursor move relative to mouse movement, like move mouse 1 inch left, cursor goes ~ 1 inch left ( no matter how fast i move the mouse )
- Does in game mouse sensitivity matter anymore? Will my mouse speed stay the same for every game and on desktop?
- Is it hard to get used to? I've been using MA ever since I started gaming and I do have some real good days, and some regular u suck zac days.
So help me please, I'm willing to experiment. also, i have a small mousepad ~ 13 cm x 15 cm

it's not gonna be 1inch=1inch
it depends on your in game sens how far the mouse goes. The difference is: it won't go further when moving the mouse faster. --> every time you move your mouse a certain amount the cursor moves a certain amount.

how do i turn off mouse acceleration? do i download something, some mouse setting, specific mouse, etc?
