Alright, so we've been talking about having a lan get together on the West Coast for a while. Kind of in preliminary phases figuring out who would be interested in doing this! If we could get ten people together I think it would be a blast. I think somewhere in the Bay Area/San Jose would be central for north/south cali. I dunno if people from OR or WA are interested? If so, we could talk about a different location. I'm looking for input and trying to gauge interest.

I would also be willing to pitch in $50 to fly the dictator out here! I think his presence alone would be money well spent. Who else? Carras?

I'd be lying if I said I wasn't interested. Would need more information but if there is something going down, I'll do my best to try and make it. I know I've been blowing smoke for a while now but I'd love to see a LAN on the East Coast as well (not trying to start any rivalries here). Hopefully I can organize one by next Summer and if not at the very least do a meetup but I'll save this thought for another thread.

I could make it depending on the time. However, the Bay Area is a long enough drive (10-14hrs) that I most likely couldn't do it during a regular school week.

I'd pay $10-50 dollars for the dictator as well

Just come down to San Diego. Everyone can crash at my house and my mother-in-law will make us all Mexican food the whole weekend.

Down if this ever actually happens, though. I'd chip in some $$ to get Paco out here. More money if Carras serenades me with his sax.

Sounds good to me murder, I wouldn't mind takin a trip down to LA. The problem is, we still dont have enough people that have said they would come.
