If you're looking at actual UT achievements, I don't think anyone comes close to phr. I think he was also the best for the longest. I remember a time when you could literally put four complete scrubs on his team and he would still win.

only way to access that is by dividing into periods obviously...several players had their ups and downs.

For example when i arrived at this scene (season I) rain was quoted 1000$ but he was quite far from it given the competition (even though he rightfully won the season). Now on more recent seasons (season 3 and onward) he was way superior and i wouldn't hesitate to put him on top3 and i wouldn't fringe if i saw him on the 1000$ spot. That applies to a lot of players like phear, unrealshots, sonic, ravonix, etc

To me this is a list of what i actually have knowledge on.
