Stuttering on Spawn

It's been happening for a while now. Randomly during a game, I will spawn and my screen looks like it's changing fov for a split second. It's stuttering back and forth (or forwards/backwards). It's just really weird and I don't know what's happening. I've tried different fov's just to see if it changes but it still happens. I've also noticed that it might not happen the first 5-10 minutes or so. But once it happens, if I reconnect, it still happens.

I get this thing where after I die sometimes I go into like hyper warp mode. I end up usually off the map or bottom of slime where I can't see the fc. Not sure if that's what you're talkin about.

i have a solid 60 ping on most days and still encounter this when I have 1-3% pl. It actually seems worse in iTDM than iCTF for what it's worth, whether it's the faster frag pace or movement updates or what, no clue.
