only connect trough proxy? is it just me?

A couple of months ago i noticed that some times after few clicks my browser would indicate that the site is no longer online or cannot be reached. I had this problem starting with gu but now also with ownedwell. The only way i can visit the websites is trough a proxy site. Had the same problem with my pc and now with my laptop.

I know its probably some weird routing issue with my provider, but i was wondering if more ppl have this problem and maybe a solution?

Out of the three connections I use, the Sprint line does this. It started as soon as it went from AT&T to Sprint.

changing the dns ip's, like Xenoscythe suggested, fixed it for me.
