Mouse issue

Yo, last couple of days my mouse is weird. I cant move my my mouse to right side normal, left, up and down is ok, only right side if fckd.
I am moving my mouse to the right and in the game it goes right high, not just right. And yesterday it would stop moving for a second at some point or it would make a tiny crazy move. I would be sure the mouse is broken if restarting UT couple of times doesnt help? Works just fine after restarting it few times.
I just tested it the last hour, it is how i described. I instaled a second UT and its the same, I dont have any other games to test it besides Tactical Ops, but thats the same engine, and I get the same thing, first two times I went in game was fine and I thought its just UT but third time entering gave me the same crap. Slow mouse and goes high right.
So, if anybody knows is my mouse actually broken or is something else causing it? Its a DA 2013 4G btw.
