Windows 10

So if you follow the tech news, you know MS released the new Windows Technical Preview a few days ago. They decided to name it 10 instead of 9 or Threshold for some reason, but whatever. Anyone try it yet? I just installed it side by side with Win7, already tested UT - noticeable increase in input lag. I guess I'm gonna have to keep Win7 around for games :/

Edit: Actually, never mind, that was accel, not input lag

Fixed it with MarkC's Windows 8.1 Mouse Fix. Now it feels the same as Windows 7 in games.

Does it feel stable? Still year away from release. Anything is an upgrade over Windows 8

supposedly much more stable to run it on a virtual machine, not exactly optimized for gaming yet either :OWfacepalm:

Get rid of XP. They stopped security updates in March. not worth the risk

xp is a good os, maybe the best there ever was, but its too old now, it looks ancient. Doesnt suit modern appeal
